2020 - Impacts of COVID19 on Mental Health and Wellbeing
In 2020, in response to the continued Covid19 impacts, we asked a large group of C-Suite Executives to comment on the effects they had felt and the actions they had taken, and for their learnings from dealing with this unprecedented challenge of our times.
In this report they give their views and opinions, from which we can all associate our own efforts and approaches, as well as better prepare us for future events.
46 executives provided feedback, covering 5 industries across the UK, Europe, SE Asia, US and Asia Pacific.

2021 - Impacts of remote working since COVID19 on Mental Health and Wellbeing
Following 2020's survey, we re-polled, and extended the invitation to respond, to a larger group of C-Suite Executives to update on how the emerging ways of working, specifically remote working, are being greeted by their workforces, and what, if any, impacts to the mental health and wellbeing are being felt.
This report gives their updated views and opinions, which help inform of areas to focus on for long term effectiveness, and suggest new areas for distributions of budget for future organisational structures.
This time, 73 executives provided feedback, covering 7 industries across the UK, Europe, SE Asia, US and Asia Pacific
